![]() What I did to solve that issue was to make the keyboard use the Windows layout all the time, but then swap command and option keys on macOS so they correctly match the keys on the keyboard (you can do that via System preferences -> keyboard -> Modifier keys). Now that I'm directly switching via the KVM, the keyboard stays with the same profile all the time. The only problem I had was that the keyboard was automagically switching between Windows and macOS layouts when I switched devices via the keyboard, because each device was properly configured with its own profile via Logi Options.
